Is it Physically Possible to Lose 1 Pound of Fat Per Day

I know that losing weight is extremely hard for most people who are constantly trying to burn the fat but can’t seem to get anywhere, or if they do manage to burn a pound or more, they quickly gain it right back.

Actually it is possible to lose a pound a day, there are more than one way to do so, unlike traditional dieting, which only allows people to burn 1-2 pounds per week, which is good, but many people are not happy with that, and rather lose as much as 5-7 pounds per week or more.

Many of these fad diets are not healthy because not only does it get rid of fat and water in the body, but it also burns muscles as well, which we really need for healthy reasons, and you will notice that after you lose all this way, you will quickly gain it back once you start back to eating normal again, meaning it’s only a short term diet with short term results, but there are safer ways to lose weight fast. Here’s one way…

1. You can run half a mile each day..or every other day, (or if you can’t run for some reason, then you can walk slowly for an hour twice a day, maybe an hour in the morning, and an hour in the evening) This will help jump start your metabolism and burn fat more efficiently.

2. Get a good night’s sleep. Try to get eight hours of sleep each day. This will help give you the energy you need for the next day and help rejuvenate your body.

3. Stay away from sugar. To burn fat, you should stay away from anything with sugar in it. This will throw you off big time, because sugar turns into fat.

4. No Fried foods. Fried foods that are fried in fat oils are filled with so much trans fat and should be avoided at all times. Frozen foods are bad too, which are found in grocery stores, like fish sticks, pizzas, pot pies and other such foods. Try to eat 100% organic foods as much as possible. This will give you the best chance on losing a pound per day safely.

5. Eat small meals. By eating 4-6 small meals daily, you will speed up your fat burning engine. You need calories, but you need them in smaller amounts at a time, and not large meals.

Now “Is it physically possible to lose 1 pound of fat per day?” Yes, but I recommend that you stick with a diet plan that will get and keep you feeling good with no side effects.
