Stop Weight Gain and Reduce Stomach Fat

If I were to give you just 1 simple tip you could do to lose weight without much effort at all, it’d be to eat 3 or more apples and/or grapefruit each and every day.

2. Eat black beans

This is a SUPERFOOD among superfoods in my opinion. Here’s why…

A can of black beans is cheap to begin with… 50 cents a can. Second, each can has 25 grams of fiber in it. Uh… that’s 3 times as much as many fiber grams as the average American is getting.

Oh, if you haven’t noticed, the average American is FAT!

Another thing, each can has 25 grams of protein and 0 grams of SUGAR.

So I recommend you eat a can of this a day. Heck, if you can eat 1.5-2 can of black beans a day, EVEN BETTER. I add a 1/2 can of black beans to my eggs at breakfast and another 1/2 can with my lunch. If I ever needed to lose weight fast, I’d up that to a total of 2 cans a day.

3. Incline walk

If you want a way to reduce stomach fat, incline walking is 1 of the best and easiest ways to do it. A simple 20 minute walk on either a hill or a treadmill inclined to 15 degrees is all you need.

Don’t lump in incline walking with plain flat-surface walking, they’re WAY different. Do it once and you’ll realize that quickly.
