Finally, on the seventh day, you can eat the cabbage soup with brown rice and any vegetable except potatoes, and drink it with unsweetened fruit juice.

You will need a head of cabbage, 2 bell peppers, 6 white onions, a bunch of celery, a can of diced tomatoes, 1 package of onion soup mix and 2 bouillon cubes. Prepare the ingredients by dicing all the vegetables into little pieces.

Once you have all the ingredients ready, put the vegetables and onion soup mix in a saucepan and add enough water to cover it. Boil it for about 10 minutes. Next, add the bouillon cubes to give the soup extra taste. Let it simmer until the vegetables are tender, which will take about an hour. You can season the soup with cheese or herbs and spices, such as parsley or Tabasco sauce, depending on how you want your soup to taste.
